Si estas orando pro un avivamiento, ¿Cómo te preparas para su llegada? Si estas orando para perdón, ¿Sigues viviendo con la culpa? Si has pedido a Dios que provea para tus necesidades, ¿te mantienes preocupado y ansioso? Pídele a Dios que aumente tu fe, y después comienza a vivir una vida que refleje total confianza en EL.” Henry Blackaby

Todos queremos que Dios conteste oraciones. Creemos en el poder de la oración. Pero cuando se trata de nuestras propias vidas individuales y nuestros propios problemas, con frecuencia no tenemos fe para creer. Con frecuencia estamos atrapados con nuestra incredulidad e independencia. Pero Dios nos esta preparando para la cosecha de los últimos días. Quiere extender nuestro territorio. Quiere bendecirnos con aumento, porque Su naturaleza es la de bendecir. Nosotros somos los que limitamos a Dios por nuestra falta de fe y nuestro temor de salir adelante en dependencia de El.

La verdad es que las cosas que hacemos para Dios deben estar fuera de nuestra propia habilidad y en confianza en Su habilidad sobrenatural. Cuando nos apartamos de la dependencia, no estamos viviendo en fe. Necesitamos estar dispuestos de intentar cosas lo suficientemente grandes como para que si Dios no entra en el tema, fracasaremos con seguridad. Esta es la clase de fe i dependencia que El busca en nuestras vidas. Recuerda que Jabez oró en I Crónicas 4:10 lo que muchos de nosotros estábamos orando hace un par de años:

“Jabez clamó al Dios de Israel, “¡Oh si Tu me bendijeras y extendieras mi territorio! Que Tu mano este conmigo, y me guarde de todo mal para que yo sea libre de todo mal.” Y Dios le concedió su petición.”

El le pidió a Dios que extendiese su territorio y que lo bendijese. Clamó para que la mano de Dios estuviese con el. Nosotros, también, estamos hechos para el destino. Tenemos un deseo inspirado por Dios de impactar nuestro mundo. Hemos sido creados para algo más grande que nosotros mismos. Estamos diseñados para tocar un mundo perdido. Como intercesores, anhelamos hacer un impacto en nuestra tierra – ya sea donde trabajamos, vivimos, o ministramos. Estamos hechos para impactar nuestro mundo para la eternidad. Pero en realidad, la mayoría de nosotros tenemos miedo de salir adelante en fe. Tememos al fracaso. Tememos ser dependientes de Dios, que tiene recursos ilimitados. Pero si le pedimos a Dios que extienda nuestro territorio, debemos creer en un milagro. Debemos creer que solo Dios puede hacer que ocurra.

“El territorio de Dios esta limitado solo por nosotros, no por Sus recursos, poder, o deseo de dar. Jabez fue bendecido simplemente porque rehusó permitir que cualquier obstáculo, persona, u opinión pareciera más grande que la naturaleza de Dios. Y la naturaleza de Dios es la de bendecir.”

Mientras leíamos el libro, La Oración de Jabez, muchos de nosotros estábamos orando para que Dios extendiera nuestro territorio. Dios quiere darnos tanto como le pidamos. El quiere contestar oraciones extraordinarias combinadas con extraordinaria fe en lo imposible. El quiere que creamos mas allá de nuestros limites. Quiere darnos favor, pero muchos de nosotros no lo creemos.

Te animo a que empieces a orar grandes oraciones, porque Dios es capaz de bendecir. Ahora mismo estoy pidiendo grandes cosas para Intercesores Arriba; Cosas que son absolutamente imposibles a no ser que Dios intervenga. Quiero creer en Dios pro lo sobrenatural en la intercesión, para que lo imposible se vuelva posible, para que Su extraordinaria mano de poder este en situaciones y naciones. Quiero creer en Dios para un poderoso movimiento de oración que cubra la tierra. Pero también debo estar dispuesta a tomar acción de acuerdo con las directrices de Dios. Se que debo demostrar mi dependencia en El extendiéndome en fe allá donde El indique. Bruce Wilkinson, autor del libro La oración de Jabez dice lo siguiente:

“Los milagros mas increíbles en mi vida siempre han comenzado con una atrevida petición para expandir el reino de Dios en mucho. Cuando tomas pasos pequeños, no necesitas a Dios. Es cuando te lanzas a ti mismo en el caudal principal del plan de Dios para este mundo – mayor que nuestra habilidad para conseguir cosas – y clamas a El, Señor, úsame – dame mas ministerio para Ti – que se liberan los milagros.”

La oportunidad ilimitada para bendecir

Lo que Dios esta intentando enseñarnos a cada uno de nosotros es la dependencia en Su poderosa mano y poder sobrenatural. Cuando rendimos nuestra debilidad en ese toque de grandeza, la poderosa mano de Dios, que nuestras necesidades y problemas se convierten en Su oportunidad ilimitada. Entonces Dios se hace grande a través de nosotros. Entonces nos puede confiar un territorio aumentado y el desarrollo de nuestros destinos. Pero debemos tomar pasos de fe incluso si son pequeños. Dios honra estos pasos de fe y los convierte en Su oportunidad ilimitada porque en ese mismo punto, somos dependientes de El. Esto es lo que El esta buscando en cada una de nuestras vidas como intercesores. Te animo que apartes un tiempo y medites en esto. Si estamos dispuestos a darle a Dios nuestra debilidad y a obedecer por fe, entonces se abrirá la puerta para el poder sobrenatural y la oportunidad de Dios de bendecir.

¿Qué pasos de fe te esta pidiendo Dios que des hoy? ¿Qué imposibilidad pondrás en Sus manos y por fe obedecerás en lo que El te diga que hagas? Si lo intentas, abrirá el camino hacia si oportunidad ilimitada de bendecir. ¿Le invitaras hoy a que tome el control? ¿Te fiaras de El? ¿Pondrás todo en Sus todopoderosas manos, ajustando tu vida de acuerdo con aquello por lo que estas orando, y saliendo adelante en fe en cualquier camino que El indique? Cuando hagas esto, estarás dependiendo de sus fiables manos. El espera tu invitación.

“Tomad nota de que jabez no comenzó su oración pidiendo que la mano de Dios estuviese con el. En ese momento no sentía esa necesidad. Las cosas aun eran manejables. Sus riesgos, y los temores que conllevan, eran mínimos. Pero cuando sus fronteras se extendieron, y la agenda de Dios de tamaño reino empezó a llegarle, Jabez supo que necesitaba ayuda divina – y rápido. Se podía haber vuelto atrás, o podía haber intentado proseguir bajo su propia fuerza. En lugar de eso, oró. Si buscar la bendición de Dios es nuestra máxima forma de adoración, y pedir hacer mas para El es nuestra máxima ambición, entonces pedir la mano de Dios sobre nosotros es nuestra elección estratégica para sostener y continuar las grandes cosas que Dios ha comenzado en nuestras vidas. Por eso podrías llamar a la mano de Dios sobre ti “el toque de grandeza”. Tú no te haces grande; te haces dependiente de la poderosa mano de Dios. Tu necesidad rendida se convierte en su oportunidad ilimitada, y El se hace grande en ti.”
