David clamó a Dios con su voz y con profunda emoción con frecuencia en situaciones desesperadas, Y Dios oyó su clamor. El dice en el Salmo 61:1: “Los justos claman, y el Señor los oye, y los libra de sus angustias.”
“En cada circunstancia, la necesidad de clamar es un recuerdo de mi total incapacidad de conseguir nada significante para Dios. Y el resultado de clamar es una maravillosa demostración de Su poder sobrenatural para conseguir todo lo que sea necesario.”
Clamar a Dios no es algo que hagamos mecánicamente, sino que fluye de nuestra relación con Dios. ¿Sabemos en realidad que Dios oye y desea oír nuestro clamor? El es un padre y le encanta oír nuestra voz. Tenemos la autoridad y el derecho como hijos suyos para llamar fervientemente a Dios. ¿Sabemos que hay poder en la palabra hablada? Cuando se habla de forma ferviente, sincera y con todo nuestro corazón, es incluso más poderosa. ¿Somos conscientes de que cuando clamamos a Dios en voz alta, El ve que estamos acercándonos a Su trono de gracia con atrevimiento y seriedad?
¿No entendemos que en el momento que clamamos a Dios en una situación imposible, ese puede ser el punto de giro que lleve a la liberación?
Ha ocurrido tantas veces en la Biblia. Puede ocurrirnos a nosotros también. “Entonces clamaron a Dios en sus angustias, y El los libero de sus aflicciones” (ver Salmos 107:6, 13, 19, 28). El clamar dispara la liberación de Dios una y otra vez. A El le encanta contestar a aquellos que están en necesidad. Muchos de ustedes pueden estar enfrentándose a situaciones desesperadas de una manera u otra. Clama a Dios en voz alta para Su liberación con todo tu corazón. Este puede ser tu día de liberación.
“Días de problemas. Horas de crisis. Momentos de urgente y temerosa necesidad. Nos llegan a todos sin avisar, como ladrón en la noche. ¿Cómo podemos prepararnos para tales momentos? Podemos prepararnos estando dispuestos a clamar en voz alta al Señor para su ayuda de salvación, esperando atrevidamente su liberación. Dios espera de sus amados y les invita a que hagan precisamente eso: “Clama a mi en el día de tu angustia,” nos dice, “Yo te libraré, y tu me glorificaras.”
